5．电话记录卡的写法
书写电话记录卡是我们日常生活、办公、学习中常常碰到的事。接个电话，要找的人不在，需要对方留言，我们要学会怎样写这种“电话留条”。下面我们看一个例子：
有时候，如果电话内容重要，还要将接电话，写留言记录条的人姓名写上去。
